Vietnam-Arab Center for Cultural Exchange and Trade Promotion (VACCEPT) is a unique bridge connecting two of the world's most dynamic and potential economic regions today. The Center is comprised of senior, experienced professionals in the fields of culture and trade between Vietnam and other Arab countries. With a profound understanding of Vietnam and Arab cultures and markets, the Center is committed to promoting sustainable and extensive economic cultural, and trade cooperation activities.

With the “Strengthening Vietnam-Arab Relations” mission, VACCEPT aims to build strategic partnerships, develop long-term and effective collaborations, and contribute to the shared prosperity of both nations and regions.

Who we are

Established in August 2024 as part of implementing the Vietnamese Government's Resolution No. 2l/NQ-CP, we are dedicated to enhancing economic diplomacy through greater business participation.

Operating under a public-private partnership model, we are Vietnam's first center committed to fostering trust, cultural understanding, and economic ties between Vietnam and Arab nations.

VACCEPT carries out trade promotion activities and facilitates the connection between Vietnamese business and Arab partners, contributing to the expansion of import-export markets and fostering bilateral investment.

Consultancy and Service

VACCEPT provides consultancy services on the investment environment, legal regulations, and trade policies of Vietnam and Arab countries to help companies in exploring and entering the market.

Event Organization

VACCEPT organizes conferences, seminars, exhibitions, and other events aimed at strengthening cultural exchange, promoting trade, and fostering international cooperation between Vietnam and Arab countries.

Library

VACCEPT manages and operates a diverse library of cultural, economic, and trade-related materials concerning Vietnam and Arab countries, encompassing both physical and digital libraries.

Policy and Legal Consultancy and Development

VACCEPT collaborates with government agencies in organizing and executing consultancy, research, and policy proposals related to cultural and trade exchange between Vietnam and Arab countries.
